1. We are appointment based ONLY and do not accept walk-ins
2. Do read our appointment and no-show policies carefully
3. Only cashless payments are accepted (PayNow, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, GrabPay)
If you need to reschedule an appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance during our working hours. Since we operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins, a missed appointment means other pets can’t get treatment.
Kindly take note of our late and no-show policies:

Late 10-20 mins | A $30 late fee will be charged |
Late more than 20 mins | Considered a no-show (see below) |
No-show & last-minute cancellations (<24 hours in advance during our working hours) | The full amount of the session will be charged. If your pet is on a package, one session will be deducted as stated in the T&Cs. |
