1. We are appointment based ONLY and do not accept walk-ins
2. Do read our appointment and no-show policies carefully
3. Only cashless payments are accepted (PayNow, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, GrabPay, ShopBack)

1. Join our Bluewater Buddies (BB) Package for free!
2. Simply sign up for 10 sessions of acupuncture or rehabilitation with us to join the programme
3. Enjoy up to 10% off services and items!
4. Keep your BB status active by maintaining an ongoing package of 10 sessions
If you need to reschedule an appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance during our working hours. Since we operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins, a missed appointment means other pets can’t get treatment.
Kindly take note of our late and no-show policies:

No-show & last-minute cancellations (<24 hours in advance during our working hours) | The full amount of the session will be charged. If your pet is on a package, one session will be deducted as stated in the T&Cs. |
